对具有重要基础和应用价值的活性天然产物的生物合成机制及其分子改造进行了多年的探索和积累,在权威学术期刊,如《Nature Chemical BiologyCell Chemical Biology》、 Angewandte Chemie International Edition》等发表研究论文三十余篇。此外,合作编译国外专业教材一部,获多项国家发明专利和国家、省(部)级奖励。

微生物来源天然产物生物合成的分子遗传学、生物化学及合成生物学

研究兴趣与方向

微生物来源活性天然产物生物合成途径的发现与药物创新

以具有重要基础和应用价值的天然产物为研究对象,从分子遗传学、生物化学和化学生物学的角度探索其生物合成机理,并回答其生物合成的一些关键科学问题,为新药的组合生物合成提供精确的分子装配线路图。同时,通过代谢途径的理性设计和优化,人工智造非天然的天然产物,有的放矢地利用天然产物生物合成途径高产或创新微生物药物。

 DNA编辑新技术的探究与应用

侧重于DNA编辑机制的阐释,以及综合运用DNA编辑技术(如CRISPR/Cas9TARGibson等)对靶向基因簇进行高效克隆和编辑。
